Marissa Phillips, a member of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, married her college sweetheart, Braden Leschber, on June 3, 2025, in an elegant ceremony at Borgo Stomennano in Tuscany, Italy. The couple, who began dating in 2017 and got engaged at AT&T Stadium in 2023, celebrated their nuptials with 75 guests in attendance.
The wedding featured a pizza and gelato welcome party, a live performance by the band BritPops, and a lively rendition of “Thunderstruck” by Phillips and fellow cheerleaders. Phillips wore a Katherine Tash wedding dress and incorporated elements from her late father’s and mother’s wedding attire into the event. The Italian location provided a unique and memorable experience, with highlights including a gourmet three-course meal, an interactive wedding cake preparation, and a themed pool party.
The couple exchanged handwritten vows privately and traditional ones during the ceremony, officiated by Phillips’ brother-in-law. They plan a short trip to Lake Como as a mini-moon, with a longer honeymoon after the 2026 football season.
