Santa Barbara, CA / Norfolk, UK – Demi Lovato and Jordan “Jutes” Lutes’s elegant wedding at the historic Bellosguardo Estate in Santa Barbara went off without a hitch on May, 2025, surrounded by 135 close friends and family. However, shortly after their nuptials, a separate wedding venue—Holly House on the Worsted Estate in Smallburgh, Norfolk, UK—suffered extensive fire damage in a blaze that broke out around midnight.
Officials confirmed that no one was injured in the fire, which destroyed much of the Holly House property, sparing only the farm office. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and a cordon remains in place. Crews from nine fire stations responded, with teams continuing to monitor the site for hot spots.
While Holly House is a popular venue for weddings and holiday bookings, director Gavin Paterson declined to comment on how many future events might be impacted. The estate assured clients it would be in touch with those who had bookings “as soon as we can.”
The fire does not affect Demi and Jordan’s recent wedding, which was held in California at a different estate. Their star-studded celebration featured designer fashion by Vivienne Westwood, a performance by Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, and DJ sets from Paris Hilton.
